The Ivorian Prime Minister, Seydou Elimane Diarra is dead. He died on Sunday 19 July 2020 in Abidjan.
He was Prime Minister of Côte d'ivoire from December 1999 to October 2000 under the military transition and later from February 2003 to December 2005.
He dies at the age of 87 after serving as the first president of the High Authority for Good Governance, from 2013 to 2015 under president Alassane Ouattara's government.
The news of Mr. Seydou Elimane Diarra's death comes barely ten days after Ivorian Prime Minister Amadou Gon coulibaly died and just two days after his burial.
