US election security officials have rejected Trump’s baseless claims of possible election misconducts that could have promoted his defeat by President-elect Joe Biden.
According to the election committee, the 2020 White House vote was the "most secure in American history".
“The November 3rd election was the most secure in American history. Right now, across the country, election officials are reviewing and double checking the entire election process prior to finalizing the result,” the group said.
“While we know there are many unfounded claims and opportunities for misinformation about the process of our elections, we can assure you we have the utmost confidence in the security and integrity of our elections, and you should too,
“When you have questions, turn to elections officials as trusted voices as they administer elections.”
The election committee assured that,
“There is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromise”.
Despite Biden’s projected victory, incumbent Donald Trump does not show any signs of conceding defeat as he insists without any substantial evidence that 2.7 million votes for him were "deleted".
President-elect Mr. Biden will be the second Roman Catholic president of the US history after John F. Kennedy.
He is expected to occupy the White House in January 2021.
